Evaluating the quality of higher vocational talent trained by learning and working

Abstract

Training students by learning and working is one of the talent development models for higher vocational training. It is necessary to build a scientific, rational and practical model to evaluate the quality of higher vocational talent trained by learning and working. An evaluation system is developed taking the consideration of school, enterprises and society. Delphi method is applied to determine the relative importance of each evaluation index weights of the evaluation. A case study was also presented to illustrate the procedure. It was demonstrated that fuzzy synthetic method can appraise the quality of higher vocational talent trained by learning and working in a more flexible and more scientific way. ©2010 IEEE.
