A Study on the Dilemma and Countermeasures of Practical Teaching of Higher Vocational Electrical Automation Technology Majors Based on Smith's Policy Implementation Model

Abstract

Through a questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the effect and influencing factors of the industry education integration policy in a vocational college in a city. The results show that the industry education integration major of the school under the support of the government has achieved initial success, especially the outstanding performance of the modern apprenticeship class apprenticeship class, and the significant improvement of students' skills and employment competitiveness. The study also emphasized the importance of integrating teachers' professional teaching level with practical teaching content. In conclusion, this study provides useful experience and suggestions for the optimization of the electrical automation practice teaching system. © 2024 The Authors.
