Research on the Practice teaching System of University-Enterprise Integration for Engineering Talents in the New Era

Abstract

As China moves towards intelligent manufacturing, domestic enterprises have a soaring demand for high-quality engineering talent, and the quality requirements for engineering talents have also increased accordingly. The problems of oversupply and shortage exist in the training of engineering talents in local universities, such as the mismatch between training specifications and demand structure and the disconnection between training subjects and using subjects. In order to solve the problem of disconnection between the training of engineering talents in undergraduate universities and the market, this topic explores the university-enterprise integrated practice teaching system of engineering talents in the new era and puts forward an effective way to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of engineering talents to cultivate high-quality engineering talents in line with the needs of enterprises. This study has good reference significance for local universities to promote school-enterprise cooperation and cultivate high-quality engineering talents. © 2023 ACM.
