Unemployment among graduate students is no longer peculiar in any developing country, including Malaysia. The government has demonstrated concern about the recent increase in the unemployment rate among graduate students. Thus, the purpose of this study is to determine graduate employability and the factors that influence their employability. In this research paper, we are evaluating the graduates' employability via the level of financial literacy. Moreover, this study also points out the determinant of financial literacy, which we are focusing on three variables which are educational level, parental influence, and financial capability. Furthermore, this research paper is carried out using a descriptive and quantitative approach. The data was collected through a physical and online survey with the implementation of the cluster and convenience sampling method. Moreover, this study points at the 150 samples of graduates, final year students, and students who currently in an internship from those universities in Malaysia. The data analysis in the research is consisting of pilot-test, descriptive analysis, multicollinearity, and linear regression using the SPSS software. © 2021 ACM.
