This research aimed to: (1) examine the construct validity of supervisors' satisfaction according to the desirable characteristics of vocational internship students and the 21st century professional development in Bangkok, Thailand; (2) test the influence of supervisors' satisfaction according to the desirable characteristics of vocational internship students on the 21stcentury skills development; (3) investigate the moderating effect of enterprise sizes on the linkages between supervisors' satisfaction according to the desirable characteristics of vocational internship students and the 21st century skills development. Survey research was conducted with 400 samples, who were supervisors working in enterprises categorized by size, located in the Bangkok Metropolis. The data collection via Google forms was employed, using the multi-stage sampling technique. The structural equation modelling (SEM) with maximum likelihood (ML) estimation via AMOS software was employed for the statistical analysis. The results revealed that (1) the structural validity testing of the desirable characteristics of vocational internship students construct and the 21stcentury skills construct were highly consistent with the literature. That is, both the desirable characteristic of vocational internship students and the 21stcentury skills had 4 dimensions and 16 items. (2) The influence testing found that the desirable characteristics of the vocational internship students had a statistically significant positive influence on the 21stcentury skills. (3) The results of the influence testing of enterprise sizes as the moderator roles indicated that the relationship between the desirable characteristics of the vocational internship students and the 21st century skills is moderated by enterprise sizes. © 2021 IEEE.
