Abstract

In the 21st Century, students were not only required to have the competency and skill that the workplace need, but also competitiveness. Close competition and limited employment were the problems that were impacting lesser absorption of graduates in the work field. Another problem was less than maximum effort in decreasing unemployment because the focus was only to produce ready-To-work graduates. The correct solution in solving the problems was through Special Job Fair (SJF). Also, there needed an optimisation of SJF that acts as marketers and distributors for the graduated. This paper presented the role of a special job fair in distributing competitive graduates in the 21st Century. This study aimed to find the purpose and implementation of SJF. Through this paper, vocational education could implement it to develop a creative economy in the 21st Century. © 2020 IEEE.
